  $5.99 for buffet. $2.50 for a drink. Almost $10 for one person. Went to try new special pizza. Garbage food. Stay away you and your family's health depends on it.

  Pizza is good, but buffet is always lacking pizza, have to wait for the popular pizzas. This particular cici's you have to clear your own tables.

  Horrible experience. I walked in and when I arrived to the register the cashier was on his phone and didn't pay attention that there were people in line. We arrived at 3:10 and there was no marinara sauce. The bowl the marinara sauce should have been looked dirty and only had dried up burnt marina sauce that you couldn't even scrape off the bowl. I didn't ask them to refill it because I figured since it's all out they would refill it, but they didn't. At 3:20 I asked a young lady if she knew if anyone was going to refill it soon. She called for the cashier that cashed us out when we arrived. I believe his name is Sebastian. She asked him if she was working on refilling the marinara sauce and he just replied to her that he wasn't even supposed to work today. For about a minute they talked about how he was actually on the schedule today. The guy didn't even answer the question but just turned the corner. The lady nicely smiled at me and assured me they would get it out soon. Finally, at 3:35 a young man who was working in the kitchen filled the bowl with marina sauce. However, he did not switch out the previous bowl that had the burnt and dried up marina sauce that had harden to the bowl. I never had any marinara sauce. Layer my niece got up to go get desert but they didn't have any brownies, she was ked a man if they had any and he told her to give him a minute to make some. I got up and while we waited for brownies, I figured I could at least enjoy some cinnamon rolls. When I got up to the buffet, there were no cinnamon rolls either. We waited and never did anyone put out cinnamon rolls or brownies. We just left. I would not recommend this place and I would not go again. I'd prefer to drive down to a different location if I wanted Cici's instead of going to the Allen location on Main and Greenville. This locaction is very convenient for me, I could even walk to this location in less that 5 minutes. I will not go to this location again.
