I work in Dallas and I go to a chicken express near work and 9 out of 10 times it is excellent. This Chicken Express in Allen has given less than I ordered(3 tenders instead of 4), wimpy chicken, or cold sides( I got a soupy mac & cheese one time). The last time I visited, I went directly to the counter and told the person of my experiences and said if this one was sub-par again I would not come back. It was sub-par and I haven't been back. I live very near and often want to stop in on my way home from work, but I will just be disappointed again. One more minor issue is that the #1 is about $.40 more in Allen. The store in Dallas charges 6.99 for a #1November 02, 2016
