  Where do I start. I called it in, arrived 44 mins later and they hadn't even started my food. Instead of telling me that they disappeared to the back for another 20 mins. I repeatedly tried to get someone's attention but instead only had a small child apologize and desperately attempt to help me. The adult came out just long enough to give free drinks to people that were waiting half the time I did. Then disappears again without saying anything disappears again. I've been staring at half my order the entire time. Another 15 mins passes and the small child tells me the sandwich isn't done. I want to leave but can't get my money back. Eventually the man give my food with a half ass apology and does not give me the drink I paid for. I tipped them $5 dollars!!! I just hope they give it to the child. I get home, the deserts are spilled everywhere and the food is cold. They offered a free pizza but I just want my $60 back.
